How do you select your Nurses and Support Workers?

Our personnel are employed by HealthCall after conducting an in-depth interview and background check and positive police clearances. We personally undertake at least two thorough reference checks with previous employers/ managers of the applicant to ensure that we only employ the right people with exemplary references.

At interview, we select candidates who have a passion for care and support of people in the community and who we believe will suitably represent our company and the high standards that we maintain. We only employ people who will do Whatever it takes to provide a high level of quality nursing and/ or support to our clients.

 

What kind of qualifications or training do your Support Workers have?

Support Workers can hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability or Home & Community Care. We also employ people on an individual basis who demonstrate a high degree of commitment, passion and who may have previous experience in community work. All of our personnel are given a code of conduct on employment which further reinforces our quality values.

 

Do you provide care to people of all ages?
