What levels of staff do you provide?

Wellways HealthCall employs Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 staff to provide services. In a number of the NDIS programs, social workers, psychologists, and occupational therapists are available.

With the growth of the many programs entering community care over the last few years, Wellways HealthCall has experienced case managers working at each of the major centres to assist clients and their families to maximise the opportunities and benefits offered by individual programs.

What age groups do you support?

Wellways HealthCall is able to support individuals at all points on the age spectrum.


Wellways HealthCall has a scale of fees that is in line with your funding package. With the exception of the CHSP program, Wellways HealthCall generally does not charge out-of-pocket fees to our clients. Any out-of-pocket charges are clearly agreed to prior to services commencing.

What is the minimum service that I can book?

The minimum service time is one hour. Services can be offered up to 24 hours per day and 7 days per week in all of the areas of operation.
