Wellways HealthCall, as a division of Wellways Australia, is overseen by the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Wellways Australia (Elizabeth Crowther).

Wellways HealthCall has its own management structure and the Director (Bernard McNair) and General Manager (Ken Moore) are the link persons between Wellways HealthCall and Wellways Australia.
